Cubert entwickelt und produziert Hyperspektralkameras für industrielle Bildverarbeitung, Forschung und Fernerkundung. Auf der VISION zeigen wir erstmals RGB+: unsere neue Generation kompakter Snapshot-Hyperspektralkameras, die hochauflösende Farbbilder mit spektralen Informationen verbindet. So lassen sich Materialien, Oberflächen und Zustände nicht nur sichtbar machen, sondern zuverlässig unterscheiden und bewerten. Ergänzt wird die Hardware durch Cuvis.AI – unsere Software für die Entwicklung und direkte Anwendung KI-basierter Klassifikationsmodelle. Anhand konkreter Anwendungen, unter anderem aus der Wafer-Inspektion, demonstrieren wir den vollständigen Weg von der Aufnahme über die Analyse bis zur automatisierten Entscheidung.
